1943 Bridgeport Connecticut manufactured WWII Auto Ordnance M1.
This firearm has documented history with the US Army in WWII, rebuilt at the Mt. Reiner Depot after WWII, then sold to a B&O Railroad detective in West Virginia after the war. He then became Chief of Police in his hometown after he retired taking the gun with him. He gave and registered the gun with the department in 1965 and it remained there until I purchased the gun in 2001. Buyer will receive copies of all paperwork and a copy of the newspaper article about the sale with testimony from the then Chief.
Buyer will have the option to purchase a display "dummy" gun with a lower signed by three of the original Easy Company members "Band of Brothers". I had the lower on this gun when each held it and talked about using one. I have photos of this occasion. Gun is on a form 4 in Indiana. Buyer pays all taxes and shipping if out of state.
